Standard Terms and Conditions

1. Aircraft charters booked from outside Australia by or on behalf of a non-Australian resident do not incur Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2. Aircraft Charters booked from within Australia or by an Australian Resident do incur Goods and Services Tax (GST).
3. Aircraft charter rates are quoted to include all aspects of the aircraft operation. 
4. Meals and accommodation, as required for Complete Aviation Services flight crew, are the responsibility of the client chartering the aircraft.
5. Complete Aviation Services will organise and provide additional services for the client including meals, accommodation and transport (Car Hire, Bus Charters) on request.
6. Sleeping accommodation must be supplied to Complete Aviation Services flight crew when ever that flight crew is waiting at a destination for four or more hours.  Sleeping accommodation is determined as single room with facilities to control light and temperature.
7. Aircraft charters are available on an all weather, all hour basis subject to aircraft and crew availability and aviation regulations.
8. Flight Crew hours are limited by Civil Aviation Regulations and all charter operations will be operated in accordance with those regulations.
9. Complete Aviation Services operate aircraft charters under single pilot Instrument Flight Rules.  Second pilots are available as required by individual clients.
10. Complete Aviation Services accepts no responsibility for weather conditions or any impact weather conditions may have on any charter.  Extreme temperatures may require flights to be delayed or to have payload reduced to comply with aircraft limitations.
11. If the Complete Aviation Services quotation is acceptable to the client, the client must confirm this in the form of an email or fax with a company purchase order number.  Complete Aviation Services will, by return email or fax, provide a written confirmation for your booking.
12. Prior Payment is required before departure for ALL adhoc charters. Payment can be made by Cash, EFT, Cheque, Credit Card or Money Order. Proof of payment is required for all EFT payments.
13. A cancellation fee of five percent (5%) of the charter cost is payable for charters cancelled within seven (7) days of the scheduled departure date.
14. A cancellation fees of thirty percent (30%) is payable for charters cancelled within forty eight hours (48) of the scheduled departure time.
15. Cancellations or no shows on the day of the charter departure will incur cancellation fees of one hundred percent (100%).
16. Complete Aviation Services recommend that travel insurance cover is obtained to protect against cancellation fees and other unforeseen interruptions to travel arrangements.
17. Baggage is limited to 10 kilograms per passenger and must be in the form of a soft bag.  Any baggage that exceeds 10 kilograms or is presented in a hard form may be rejected.
